Gold Stream IUL Leads

Gold Stream IUL Leads is a marketing and lead access brand operating as a DBA of Gold Stream Advisor Network LLC. We provide independent insurance agents and agencies access to consumer inquiry data and marketing opportunities related to Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance. We are not an insurance carrier, call center, employer, or fiduciary, and we do not sell insurance policies.

All leads consist of consumer-submitted inquiry information generated through marketing campaigns. Lead quality, contact rates, appointment rates, sales results, and return on investment are not guaranteed. Leads may be exclusive, semi-exclusive, or shared as disclosed at the time of purchase. All leads are delivered digitally and are considered consumed upon delivery.

Due to the digital, time-sensitive, and non-returnable nature of marketing leads, all lead purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing marketing services and waive any right to chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes.

Success in insurance sales depends on factors outside our control, including follow-up speed, sales skill, licensing, compliance, carrier underwriting, and market conditions. Gold Stream IUL Leads makes no guarantees regarding income, commissions, policy approvals, or sales volume.

All purchasers operate as independent contractors or business owners. This relationship does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary duty. Purchasers are solely responsible for maintaining proper licensing, carrier appointments, and compliance with all applicable laws.

All marketing and outreach using leads obtained through Gold Stream IUL Leads must comply with federal and state laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do-Not-Call regulations. Improper or unlawful use of leads may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

By submitting payment information, you certify that you are an authorized cardholder and authorize one-time or recurring charges for lead purchases and related services. By purchasing, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable Lead Purchase Agreement, Payment Authorization Agreement, and No-Chargeback Agreement on file with Gold Stream Advisor Network LLC, which are incorporated by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Stream IUL Leads and Gold Stream Advisor Network LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from lead usage or marketing services.
